Specialist Couples therapist.
I have worked as a psychotherapist since 2010. I am a specialist couples psychotherapist and feel that this work is my calling.
I am Igbo, African & a woman and I draw on all my experience in providing therapy to a range of couples from diverse backgrounds and orientations, couples from my community, and couples with immigrant experiences and concerns. I also have experience working with interracial couples.
Indeed I welcome enquiries from all couples. I currently have availability and I work online, and face-to-face (in Central London - Liverpool Street (opposite the station) & Southend, Essex).

I offer a 20 minute complementary consultation for couples who may wish to consider therapy with me: this gives you the opportunity to ask queries you may have about the process so you can make an informed decision about going ahead or otherwise.
I have related experience as an occupational therapist since 2000, specialising in various fields of mental health recovery.
