I believe meaningful relationships are key to lasting change. My approach to counselling is grounded in realism, curiosity, and compassion, creating a space where clients feel seen, safe, and empowered. I work with individuals and couples—especially those hesitant about therapy—and offer both 50-minute sessions (£150) and 3-hour intensives (£180).
Appointments are available Mondays and Wednesdays (9am–5pm), with intensives on Tuesday mornings. I also consult for charities and small businesses.
I hold master’s degrees in Counselling and Divinity (Covenant Theological Seminary, USA), an MBA from Warwick Business School, and am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I’m a member of BACP, ACC, and ICEEFT, and work with a diverse group of clients—entrepreneurs, diplomats, pastors—navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relational struggles, burnout, and more.
One client shared:
"Stephen provides a safe space to work things out at my own pace with no judgment."
If you’re considering counselling, I offer a complimentary 10–15 minute video call to guide you through the process and address any questions you may have.
I live in West London with my wife (married in 2007) and our three children. I enjoy spicy food, laughter, and taking creative risks.
