I am a certified EFT therapist for Couples, Individuals and Families and also an EMDR therapist, which I sometimes combine into my EFT work.

As well as regular therapy sessions, I also offer couples intensives and am currently an EFT supervisor-in-training.

I feel passionate about therapy and counselling and believe in the capacity for us all to change how we live our lives if things are not working as we want them to. This can be the case even with the most difficult of experiences or pasts. I appreciate the courage it takes to explore ourselves and the patterns that may be repeated in our lives through this therapeutic process and feel privileged and humbled to be a part of people’s lives whilst we work together.
