I’m a dual-accredited therapist offering Person-Centred Therapy for individuals and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and multi-partnered relationships. Alongside this, I hold a separate qualification in Attachment Theory, which supports my work in helping people understand the patterns that shape their relationships and emotional worlds.

I work online with clients across the world, as well as in person from the Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border. My special interests include supporting couples and multi-partnered relationships, navigating intimacy and communication, exploring the impact of neurodiversity within relationships, gender and sexuality diversity, men’s mental health, and the complex journeys of fertility, parenthood and family life.

Having experienced both long-term and ad-hoc therapy myself, I know how transformative the process can be. This personal understanding helps me meet clients with warmth, empathy and authenticity, blending professional skill with a very human approach. Clients often tell me they feel safe, understood, and able to explore themselves and their relationships more openly.

I believe therapy can be vibrant and life-enhancing, not just clinical or heavy. My aim is to offer a supportive space where people feel empowered to reconnect, repair and thrive.
